Food Relief Programs

Our Teaching Gardens (3-season hoop house plus 1 acre under cultivation) not only provide a living classroom for hosting our food literacy programs - the majority of the food grown in them by our interns and other program participants goes to support food relief programs for our community partners - Under One Sky, Fredericton Pride and the Fredericton Community Kitchen.

The remainder is offered at our Open Farm Days (farm stand or U-PICK) on a pay-what-you-can basis to keep fresh, regeneratively-grown produce accessible for everyone.
